I still need to work on a background, but this is what I've got right now.

Basically, simply stated, I miss the classic Lara from TR1-5. The other TR games just don't seem to portray Lara properly to me, and I fear we will never see classic Lara again, but at least I can dream and draw my own interpretations of her as well.

I'm very pleased with how this came out, though. It was a lot of work, but well worth it. Hope everyone else likes it, I definitely see it as a dramatic improvement from my last one. It seems that I've become a better artist nearly overnight. =p

And as for the frequent responses:

Yes, I know her boobs are supposed to be bigger. I drew them huge at first, but it looked silly, so I thought they looked more beautiful at this size.

I also am aware of the fact that she is really skinny, but that's how the classic Lara was. It's more of an art style than anything, so it's definitely not passed as realistic.

I think that's that for now. Again, I hope all of you like it, and I will be adding a background to this soon. :D

i like this it has a weird style to it and the lighting and shadowing is really good!
my favourite looking lara is underworld :) or legend i think she looks great in those games!

I totally agree with your opinion of the classic lara,
but I also like the new ones (the old ones freaked me out :p)
And I think you've done an amazing job! The shadowing, her clothes,the hair, woooow
Something I could never do :p

Very interesting stylization here, though I have to be honest, she's a bit too skinny. The old Lara's arms were muscular, but she looks very light somehow here. Lara eats healthily and has quite large muscles, these are a bit small and her limbs are too spindly for my liking. Especially around the collarbones and neck, she looks more starved than muscular.

Although you did some beautiful coloring here, Next time you draw her though try and get less of a starved African vibe in it.
